In order to be called successful, a project needs to achieve its goals within the constraints set by the Project owner. This is same in green building projects. Registering a green building project is the easy part. The hardest part is to get it certified in time and within budget, hopefully with small increments. Altensis, with its 16 LEED and Breeam Certified projects, has already proved its ability to manage and complete projects as required. All our certified buildings achieved the certification levels they aimed for and therefore working with Altensis virtually eliminates the risk of not receiving certification.
